Use MASH when going riding

Merkley's AXIOM OF SPORTS HEALTH: Without a helmet the freedom to mash your brains is self-evident.
Some Bio now: Merkley spoke to an institute of agrologists. It was fairly boring. Once he lectured insurance agents. That was sort of dull. He spoke at a university too, where half the audience grasped for tenure. He's spoken to Rotary folks, Chambers of Comm., Kiwanis groups, cultural clubs, and even Toastmasters. He lectured the Mounties about how a red coat makes you stand out. He's talked to nurses who wanted to take his pulse. He spoke to a state health department about listening, with a bunch of bored shrinks in attendance. In a nutshell in doing those things it is required that you STAY LOOSE.
